1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Seregon Store website, the Seregon Launcher desktop application, and any products, software, licenses, content or services made available through them (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Seregon.

By creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading software, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Accounts and access

To purchase or download products you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that are used for unlawful purposes, or that present a security or fraud risk to the Service or other customers.

3. Purchases and licenses

Products are sold under the terms of the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA) and our Refund Policy. A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own lawful purposes, subject to the activation, device and update-window rules described in the EULA and displayed in your account.

All prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider. Access periods, update windows and renewal terms are those displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute products without our written consent; circumvent activation, licensing or security controls; use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights; interfere with the operation of the Service; or attempt to access accounts, systems or data other than your own.

5. Product withdrawal and refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, update, deprecate or completely withdraw a product from the market, in whole or in part, for legal, technical, commercial or security reasons.

If a product is withdrawn and you hold an active paid license that is materially affected, we will offer a refund or credit within the limits described in our Refund Policy. Withdrawal does not otherwise entitle you to compensation.

6. Intellectual property

All software, content, branding, design and materials in the Service are owned by Seregon or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license described in the EULA.

Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or modification of our software is prohibited except where explicitly permitted by us in writing or required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seregon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Unless otherwise stated, changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms without further notice. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion in accordance with these Terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
