1. Grant of license

Subject to these terms and to your payment of applicable fees, Seregon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for your own lawful personal or business purposes, on the number of devices permitted by your plan, for the access period shown at purchase (including any renewal periods).

2. Activation and devices

The software uses device activation and license validation. You may activate the software on the number of devices allowed by your plan. Activation binds the software to your account and device; transferring a device requires deactivating it from your account. Updates are available during your update window, as shown in your account.

You must not attempt to circumvent activation, licensing, validation or update controls, or to use revoked or expired licenses.

3. Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted by Seregon in writing, you may not: copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the software; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, or attempt to derive its source code; remove or alter any proprietary notices; redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease or lend the software; or use the software to provide services to third parties.

Reverse engineering is prohibited unless we grant you explicit, written permission for a specific purpose. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. Console payload products

For console payload and console tool products, you are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction and complies with the terms of any third-party systems involved. Seregon provides the software for your own lawful purposes and accepts no liability for misuse, damage, or any consequence of operating modified consoles. Payload files are provided as-is for your personal use only.

5. Updates and support

Updates are delivered during your update window. Support levels are those described for your plan. We may discontinue support for older versions or retire a product in accordance with the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term, if your access period ends without renewal, or if your license is revoked. Upon termination you must cease use and destroy all copies of the software. Sections on restrictions, warranty disclaimers and liability survive termination.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seregon is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the software, including damage to devices or systems, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss. This exclusion does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
