Account data. When you register we collect your email, username and profile details. Purchase history, license records and activation data are associated with your account.

Usage and technical data. We process IP addresses, user-agent strings, and limited telemetry from the Seregon Launcher (app version, operating system, license validation events and error states) to operate, secure and improve the Service. The Launcher never sends us your files, and console discovery data stays on your device.

2. How we use data

We use your data to: provide and manage your account and purchases; deliver downloads and license activations; process payments and refunds; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (providing the Service you requested), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and product improvement), and legal obligations (tax and accounting records). Where consent is required, we obtain it separately.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. License, order and security records are retained for the periods required by law and to protect our rights. Launcher telemetry is retained in aggregated or minimal form and not longer than necessary.

5. Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (hosting, payment processing, email delivery), under appropriate data-processing agreements, and with authorities where required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures: encrypted transport, hashed session credentials, least-privilege access and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
